RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Happy Hippie does not currently accept any returns for refunds.

If you have purchased an item that does not fit, you may be eligible to exchange the product for one that fits you perfectly.  If you contact us and become accepted, you will ship your item as instructed.  When we receive your item we will examine it's condition and determine whether or not we can accept the item back.  When accepted, you will receive your new(right) size in the mail.  If the item is rejected, then we will ship it back to you.

If you would like to exchange an item, here are the steps to take:

If you order an item that does not fit properly and hasn't been worn,

contact us with the following information:

your name,

email,

phone number,

order number,

a description of the item,

the size you ordered,

the size you want to exchange it for,

and when your order arrived.

SHIPPING POLICY

The Happy Hippie is not responsible for how the Postal Service handles the packages.  If the package arrives damaged, the issue must be dealt with your Postal Carrier.

The shipping cost depends on where you live, and how many items are in your cart.  Shipping will only be free if listed somewhere on The Happy Hippie website.
