RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Happy Hippie does not accept any returns for refunds.
Exchanges can be accepted if the product hasn't been worn.

If you would like to exchange an item, here are the steps to take:
Make sure it's a product that hasn't been worn,
contact us with the following information:

your name,
email,
phone number,
order number,
date your order was delivered,
a description of the item you're returning,
the size and product you want to exchange it for.

​We will email you an address to ship the product to examine its condition and determine whether or not we can accept the item back. If accepted, your exchange will be mailed within two weeks. If the item is rejected, you'll receive an email and the item will be shipped back to you.
SHIPPING POLICY
The Happy Hippie is not responsible for how the Postal Service handles the packages. If the package arrives damaged or stolen, we are not at fault. You may contact us to have the issue noted and we could help assist when addressing the issue the Postal Carrier.
